• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the implementation of construction works according to PD, i.e. in particular construction and assembly work, demolition, dismantling and supplies necessary for the reconstruction of the auditorium UP 108 and other affected areas and rooms on the technical floor - basement. These are mainly construction modifications associated with greater seating comfort for students, a new concept of ventilation and cooling. Adjustments to the heating system and connection of heating ventilation will be made. This is related to the modification of the existing MaR system (TRONIC) with connection to the central one dispatch. Furthermore, electrical distribution (high current, weak current) will be adjusted. Part of the subject of performance is interior equipment, wall and surface treatment, incl. preparations for assembly of end elements of AV technology. Furthermore, part of the performance will include, among other things, the dismantling of the existing one Ventilation pipes with the presence of asbestos in the seals between the pipe flanges, incl. ecological disposal of hazardous waste according to the relevant hygiene regulations. This stage "UP 108" was preceded by the implementation of "0.stage", i.e. the implementation of mainly electrical distribution boards (power current, EPS, EZS, CCTV, JIS, data distributions) in the basement of the building so that the new distributions of the individual auditoriums (and other stages) can be connected to the already completed distributions in the 1st PP "0th stage". Part of the tender documentation is the project documentation as a whole for everyone stage (reconstruction of all 5 auditoriums), the subject of this public contract is only "Auditorium UP108" incl. of the interior - see lists of works with a statement of dimensions (construction + interior).
