• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the provision of operational support services for the eREG information system and solutions to development and maintenance requirements, i.e. technical, user and administrative management and support including all categories of activities necessary to the eREG information system worked without defects and further the development of selected registers. These services mainly mean supervision of the correct functionality and smooth operation of the system, resolution of reported incidents within guaranteed reaction times, implementation of change requirements, performance optimization and further development of this system. The subject of the public order is the support of the eREG information system, their development and also ad hoc services according to the client's requirements. Data mining and geoanalysis, public geoportals (GEO) The subject the fulfillment of part 6 of the public contract is the provision of flat-rate services and ad-hoc support for the smooth operation of registers, for a period of 48 months.
