Description:
The subject of the performance of the public order is to ensure the efficient supply of spare parts for trams through the establishment of a consignment warehouse and the associated obligation to maintain the specified type and quantity of spare parts in the consignment warehouse, under the conditions and within the deadlines set in the binding proposalof the agreement for the relevant part of the public contract, to the extent of the specification of spare parts according to the itemized price list for the relevant part of the public contract.
Part of the delivery is also the delivery of related documentation enabling proper identification of individual items by the contracting authority.
The public order is divided into nofour (4) parts.
