• Description:
• The goal of the Work is the implementation of ETCS L2 in the cross-border track section from ŽST Mosty u Jablunkova through electronic block ABE-1 and the state border (CZ/SK) to ŽST Čadca (SK). It is assumed that a handover according to subset 039 will be established between ETCS L2 on the network of the Railway Administration and ŽSR. The installation of European train security equipment in the subject line section fulfills the requirements of the Modern Security Plan of the Czech Railways. Subject of performance of the public contract a) Preparation of project documentation for permission to build transport infrastructure (DPS), which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in the planning permission procedure, obtain a valid planning permission (building permit) according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"), including the Opinion of the notified entity in the phase of issuing the planning permit and the maintenance manual. b) Creation of the Project Documentation for Construction Implementation (PDPS), which elaborates and defines the requirements for the construction in details that specify the subject of the Works, taking into account specific products, supplied technologies, technological procedures and production conditions of the Construction Contractor, including assessment of conformity or suitability for use of the interoperability element or EC declaration of verification of the subsystem by a notified body. c) Performance of the Designer's Supervision during the production of PDPS and during construction. d) Construction of the building according to the approved project documentation and valid planning permit (building permit).
