- The subject of this public contract is the supply of infusion technology (hereinafter referred to as the "device") for the intentive medicine simulation center of the Motol University Hospital.
The device offered must meet the technical requirements for the subject of performance specified by the contracting authority to the extent set out in Annex 1 to the Purchase Agreement - Technical specification of the subject of performance.
Part of the Filling Subject is further:
(i.) Installation of the device and commissioning including verification of its functionality, performing all prescribed tests and tests.
(II.) Instruction/Training of medical staff, which will be carried out by a person authorized to do so Section 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., On Medical Resources and Diagnostic Medical Re equipment in vitro.
(III.) Warranty service of the device, which will be carried out by the person in charge of this activity on the basis of the manufacturer's certificate on the training of the service technician.
The device supplied (including accessories) It must be new and completely functional, ie. No need to buy other components.
