- The subject of the performance of the public contract "ETCS DOZ Brno Žďar nad Sazavou" is:
a) Processing of the notification of the plan according to § 6 (hereinafter referred to as "EIA notification") and documentation (hereinafter referred to as "EIA documentation") according to § 8 of Act No. 100/ 2001 Coll., on environmental impact assessment, as amended. The conclusion from the EIA process will be implementedadmitted to DUSL. (if the EIA process is required). The scope of this performance (see Annex No. 4 SOD) is reserved by the Customer as a change to the obligation from the contract in accordance with the provisions of § 100, paragraph 1 of the ZZVZ. The Contractor will process the EIA documentation only on the basis of the Customer's instructions according to the conclusion of the investigationson the management of the competent authority.
b) Preparation of Project documentation for a joint permit according to the Line Act (DUSL), which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in the planning permit procedure, obtain a valid planning permit (construction permit) according to the law No. 283/2021 Coll., the Construction Act, (hereinafter referred to as the "NSZ"), including the Opinion of the notified body in the phase of issuing the planning permit and the activities of the OSH coordinator during work at the construction site in the preparation phase, including the processing of the OSH plan at the construction site and the maintenance manual.
c) Processing and submitting an application for issuance of planning permission according to NSZ,including all required documents, the result of which will be the issuance of a planning permit (construction permit). The contractor will cooperate in issuing the relevant decisions until they become legally binding.
d) Performance of the designer's supervision during the construction of the PDPS.
