- The subject of the public contract is to conclude a contract for the implementation of road quality on the road network II. and III. classes, compilation of plans of maintenance and repair of roads in the Moravian -Silesian Region according to the requirements below: Stage 1 - CollectionThe operating capacity of the roads will be collected data of variable parameters and faults. The following data will be measured: a) longitudinal unevenness of the road surface according to ČSN 73 6175 (International IRI inequality index) b) transverse inequality according to ČSN 73 6175 (depth of ruts R, water depth in tracks w) c)The anti -skid properties of the road surface according to ČSN 73 6177 (macrotextura - medium depth of MPD surface profile) d) Calculations of road faults will be performed according to TP 82 Catalog of failure roads by combination of methods: a.High -resolution shutter b. Collection of faults using a laser imaging system. e) Spatially expressed analyzed surface disorders (cracks, potholes, steps, tracks, surface corrosion, loss of macrotexture, etc. according to TP 82), f) georefened perpendicular images of the road surface g) Camera imagesPaths and its surroundings with the location of each frame from the front and rear cameras (Videopasport). Method of data collection: Measurement devices and measurement performed must meet the requirements in the technical specification - Annex 3 - requirements for measuring equipment. The data collection will include the evaluation of the individualvariable parameters after 20 m sections by numeric classification levels according to ČSN 73 6175 and ČSN 73 6177, on the basis of which homogeneous sections will be created connecting the same classification levels. The collection of faults, their classification and classification will be made in accordance with TP 82 Catalog of non -driving faultsand TP 87 Design of maintenance and repair of non -hujid roads.
