Description:
(nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the public contract is the acquisition of an automatic line for the isolation of nucleic acids (NKs), verification of the quantity and quality of the isolate and its aliquotation, enabling the isolation of NKs from 96 primary samples of humanmatrices at the same time. The isolate is stored in secondary cryotubes on an SBS plate. The system allows to verify the quantity and quality of the isolate. According to the measured concentration, the system is able to automatically divide the isolate into multiple aliquots and ensure their dilution to the required uniform concentration, including transfer within secondsrnich cryotubes. The system traces the individual steps of the above process using 1D or 2D codes on primary and secondary test tubes/cryotubes and is capable of exporting data to the laboratory information system.verification of the quantity and quality of the isolate and its aliquotation, allowing to isolate NKs from 96 primary samples of human matrices simultaneously.
