  • (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the public contract is the extension of the client's existing computer network in the location of the Pardubicka hospital for the emergency department facility (supply of spinal and access switches including accessories).The requested extension refers to a computer network that is fully redundant, built on the basis of 10 Gbit/s Ethernet throughput from the access layer of the network to the backbone layer with the possibility of powering end devices using PoE technology with the support of advanced network functions such as loop detection, integrace with a system for user authentication using the 802.1x protocol, etc. The backbone network is operated on links implemented on the basis of a throughput of 100 Gbit/s, or 40 Gbit/s, when there is an ongoing upgrade to 100 Gbit/s. The entire network is fully managed by a central network management system (eSight) to ensure operational efficiency. more detailed specifications in ZD.
