Description:
The subject of the full public contract is the building rights for the exterior of the building at level 1.N.P. The original dental office will be demolished, the rooms will be operationally connected with the existing rooms of the drop-off service, if these rooms will be separated. In the reconstruction, the layout of the rooms will be adjusted, while the bathroom will be completely rebuilt, a new door opening will be demolished for the toilet area. The surface of the walls, ceiling and floor will be newly made. There will be electrical installation, ZTI and internal rights. Detailed information is provided in the Call for Tenders v. acreage PLNN CITY TOUR: The city tour will take place on May 22, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., the applicants will meet in front of the main entrance to the building Novovesk 55 Jablonec nad Nisou. The contracting authority considers that the number of candidates on the tour of the city is full as necessary.
