- The purpose of the tender is to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier.
The subject of public procurement awarded on the basis of a concluded framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as "sub -contracts") is expert advice to the contracting authority and by the contracting suppliers in the process of application of the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 402/2013 During the preparation, implementation and operation of individual constructions (projects) of the contracting authority. Partial contracts will be awarded without the restoration of the competition.
