Expert and consulting activities in the field of forest protection from animal damage, harmonization of environmental components and development of forest ecosystem biodiversity, as well as education and information campaign for forest owners and tenants as well as owners and users of hunting grounds
1. Providing consulting and advisory services and increasing the deptarable levels of owners, tenants, sub-tenants of forests, professional forest/hunting managers and hunting and forest guards (in cooperation with PČR). These activities include: monitoring of foreign and domestic information, their practical verification and application in practice through individualconsultations (by phone, e-mail, post), organizing seminars, or video conferences (with special attention to the issue of African swine fever), information materials, publications with the output of draft recommendations, expert opinions, studies and projects for specific areas.
2. Diagnostics securityy and evaluation of the development of the state of damage to the forest by wild animals in connection with the determination of the real capacity of the environment and the current state of wild animal populations. The goal will be fulfilled according to the requirements of practice and state administration through new methodologies and technologies that are not commonly available or manageable in operation (e.g. nadstabasic mathematical and statistical processing of damage databases, infrared photo traps, modeling of the situation in the GIS system, etc.).
3. Based on the results of monitoring damage to wild animals in forest stands in the Czech Republic and the occurrence of calamitous clearings and newly reforested areas, programs and recommendations will be drawn up, if necessary, in AMP foci...
