- Description:
- The subject of the above-limit public contract for services is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the preparation of expert opinions for the Regional Land Office for the Usti Region for the period 2023-2026. A selection of 4. contractors will be made, who will process partial, oppositeongoing orders, consisting in "Processing of expert opinions", while the entry of partial orders will be carried out by the so-called cascade principle. In the event that a sufficient number of valid offers are not submitted, it will be possible to conclude a framework agreement with only 3 suppliers. The purpose of the ZP is the valuation of assets for the solution of the transferof real estate according to Acts No. 503/2012 Coll., No. 92/1991 Coll., No. 229/1991 Coll., No. 219/2000 Coll., and assessment of restitution compensation according to Act No. 229/1991 Coll.
