Description:
The subject of the selection procedure is the construction of the building - the extension of the existing "butterfly" class and the construction work of the existing sanitary facilities. A new covered vestibule will be built. From the vestibule there is access to the dressing room from which the playroom and hygienic background are accessible. There will also be access from the hallway to the newly designedToilet for staff with sink and chamber. The space of the sanitary facilities will be modified, the toilet for employees with space for the cleaning chamber will be canceled, thereby release space to install more sink, toilet bowls and urinal. The existing class space will be linked to the newly designed extensionby demolishing the hole. The newly designed extension will have a ground clearance of 3.0 m and will be covered with a flat roof, the newly designed windows will be equipped with external blinds to regulate the illumination of space as needed. To ensure the daylight of the original space will be demolished in the peripheral wallThe new window and the roof structure will be fitted with light guides. The construction will be implemented according to the implementing project documentation "Kindergarten of the extension of the class" elaborated by A.W.F. Project s.r.o., IČO: 25204114, with its registered office at Dvořakova 1016, 332 02 Stary Plzenec.
