Description: The subject of the public contract is to extend the existing F5 solution (ADC - Application Delivery Controller) implemented on the manufacturer of F5 Networks, Inc., 801 5th Ave, Seattle, WA 98104 (hereinafter referred to as "Manufacturer").
The Contracting Authority requires the delivery of the respective hardware (hereinafter referred to as "HW"), the relevant software (hereinafter referred to as "SW"), providing relevant licenses (hereinafter referred to as "Licenses") and the provision of Maintenance to the supplied HW, SW and licenses (hereinafter referred to as "Maintenance") , based on the conclusion of the Framework Agreement according to § 131 et seq. Range concluded with one participant in a period of time 48 months (hereinafter referred to as the "Framework Agreement"), which shall be entered by partial procurement (orders) for the subject of the public contract.
Providing Maintenance must be implemented within the manufacturer's service program.
