- This is an above-limit public contract for services, awarded in accordance with § 57 ZZVZ in an open procedure.
The subject of the public contract is the development of project documentation at the DUR, DSP and DPS levels for expanding the capacity of the Joachim Barrand Gymnasium in Beroun. When expanding, spaces must be created for at least ccand 120 students, 10 teachers (i.e. at least 4 classrooms for 32 students, 4 classrooms for 20 students, 2 PC classrooms for 20 students, 5 cabinets for teachers, storage areas, sanitary facilities and related areas). An integral part of the subject of the public contract is the provision of barrier-free access for the wholeat the school, i.e. not only for newly proposed premises, but also for existing premises.
More detailed information is given in other parts of the tender conditions, respectively in the tender documentation appendices, which are the Specifications for expanding the capacity of the gymnasium and the Binding sample contract.
The specifications of the components arethe subject of the public contract: Part of the subject of the public contract is in particular: a) Project documentation, which will include the following parts: a.
b) providing Engineering services for the purpose of obtainingpermission for the location of the building and a building permit;
c) copyright supervision during the construction period.
