• Description:
• The subject of the contract is to perform an external ex-post evaluation of the ETA program, which aims to comprehensive evaluation of its impacts, benefits and implementation, including identifying recommendations for future support programs of support of applied research in social and humanities. Evaluation will focus on: 1. VerificationFulfillment of the indicators and objectives of the program - quantitative analysis of the achieved results of the ETA program, comparison with the planned goals and identification of the main factors affecting the achieved results. 2. Assessment of the benefits of supported projects to address social and economic challenges - evaluation of project relevanceIn relation to current challenges (eg digitization, climatic change, education, social innovations) and their influence on politics and practice. 3. Identifying direct and indirect impacts of realized projects on target groups - analysis of the implementation of results, accepting outputs by target groups and all -socialbenefits. 4. Evaluation of the efficiency of application guarantors - analysis of application guarantor motivation, the level of use of project outputs in their organizations and identification of factors affecting their cooperation. 5. Assessment of interdisciplinary cooperation - the degree of involvement of various disciplines, connection of technical andNon -technical sciences, permanentness of newly created partnerships. 6. Specific aspects of 4. Public competitions focused on Covidal challenges - analysis of its efficiency, sustainability of results and their use after pandemic subscriptions. 7. Reflection of the realization of the whole program - organizational security, administrative processesAnd recommendations for future programs, especially within Sigma DC3.
