- The subject of the public contract is the production, supply and assembly of furniture in the study of doctoral students and seminar rooms of the Department of Ecology and the Environment of the Faculty of Science, Palacky University in Olomouc.
The subject of the Public Procurement also includes cleaning and transport of all packaging and other materials used In its own assembly, in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., On Waste, as amended from the place of performance and also includes the work of the focus of the place of performance before the start of production, transport to the place of performance and assembly incl. All mounting material.
The subject of fulfillment of the public contract will be carried out according to the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic and generally binding decrees valid at the place of implementation of the public contract, according to ČSN, EN and technical standards related to the subject of performance.
Technical conditions means characteristics and the requirements for supplies set out objectively and unambiguously in a manner expressing the purpose of using the required performance by the intended contracting authority.
