The goal of SP is to prove the feasibility of changing the traction system from DC 3 kv to AC 25 kv, 50 Hz in a givenThe area on the basis of the Government Resolution 362/2015, 978/2015 and the decision of the Central Commission of the Ministry of Transport, including the improvement of the technical conditions for the possible related electrification of other lines.
