Federal House, Montenegro
(nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the public contract is a new building of the Federal House located on the square in Montenegro. The entrance to the building is located towards the square. The facade to the square (southern facade) is conceived as completion of the street front in the gap. The facade to the square is connected to the surrounding buildings, responds to the height arrangement of the cornice of the surrounding houses, but in the present spirit. It is not a historicizing architecture, but a contemporary construction of the current expression. The building continues with its mass to the courtyard, which is publicly accessible by the existing passage in the House for the Seniors of the PCB. The house uses sloping terrain and plays with the height arrangement of individual floors, the main large hall is placed one floor lower than the entrance part of the house to the square.
