- Description:
- During the melting and fixing of copper and copper alloys at high temperatures, waste products from this thermal process are released into the atmosphere. However, the air cannot be evacuated into the atmosphere, but must be sucked into the filtration technology, where using the cleaning technology solid and gaseous pollutants are reduced in the flue gas. The central filtration exhaust will be connected to two induction channel melting furnaces and two induction channel fixing furnaces at the level of the main flanges, approx. 1 meter from the furnaces terminated by a closing valve. The overall technology is located outside the new production hall. Coarse and possibly burning particles are first separated in a mechanical separator, then the polluted flue gases proceed to the flue gas cleaning technology, where solid pollutants will be separated and using lime additive methods as well as gaseous pollutants. Another technology will be the installed flue gas exchanger for the recovery and use of heat. Dust from the flue gas cleaning technology is transported continuously into big-bags, which are further disposed of By the client. This overall technology will be controlled by a PLC system with remote supervision.
