Description:
The subject of VZMR is to ensure the provision of services consisting of the following activities:

- Technical support including the maintenance of all application software for the FKSP financial administration application, provision of service work including solving problems with the operation of software,user training, professional advisory, consulting and methodical assistance.

- Update and modification of the existing software solution (services to order).

Customized services will be provided based on the client's requirements within a maximum of 50 man-days, where one (1) man-day means 8 hdin work of one person (hereinafter referred to as "MD").

The method of providing the above-mentioned services, i.e. technical support and services to order, is specified in more detail in the draft Contract for the provision of services (hereinafter referred to as the "contract"), which forms Annex no. 2 Challenges.
