The subject of this public contract is production (including the purchase of materials and prescribed tests) and the supply of flexible supports of the Compass Upgrade tokamak. It also includes the supplier's obligation to deliver under the terms of the agreed in this contract and transfer the property right to flexible supports to the contracting authority.
