Description:
The subject of the public contract is the provision of sonographic diagnostics and control of performed medical procedures at the contractor's workplaces. The contracting authority expects to achieve this by supplying ultrasound diagnostic devices, including their accessories, which will be used as a replacement for the existing ones, meaningworn out, and thus limitedly reliable, medical devices.
Part 1
Delivery of 1 pc of ultrasound diagnostic device intended primarily for the examination of the thyroid gland, small parts and the neck for IV. internal hematology clinic, provision of full warranty service and post-warranty service of delivered goods, namely nand for an indefinite period.
Part 2
Delivery of 1 pc of an ultrasound diagnostic device designed primarily for the possibility of measuring vascular flows and imaging difficult-to-view structures for a nephrology clinic, ensuring full warranty service and post-warranty service of the delivered goods, for an indefinite period.
Part 3
Deliveryka 1 pc of an ultrasound diagnostic device intended primarily for vascular diagnostics for a neurological clinic, provision of full warranty service and post-warranty service of the delivered goods, for an indefinite period.
Part 4
