- The subject of this public contract is the supply and installation of a robotic pipetor (hereinafter referred to as the "device") to perform the overall preparation of the samples to the analytical methods. The subject of performance is described in detail in the draft purchase contract, which is formed by Annex 3 of the tender documentation.
Technical Specifications of Subject Public contracts consist of Annex 1 to the Purchase Agreement (technical specification of the subject of performance).
Training will be carried out by a person to this Activities authorized by the selected supplier on the basis of a document (certificate) from the manufacturer to train the supplier's staff service and instruction.
It is also part of the subject of performance warranty service of the device, which will be carried out by the person in charge of this activity on the basis of the manufacturer's certificate on training service technician. The operator's briefing will be carried out by a person in accordance with Section 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., On Medical Re equipment and diagnostic medical devices in vitro.
The supplied device (including accessories) must be new and completely functional, ie. without having to buy other components.
The contractual relationship between the contracting authority and the supplier will be followed by a purchase contract that will be concluded with the selected supplier after demonstration fulfillment of all conditions required by the contracting authority.
