Description:
The subject of the performance of this public contract is the ongoing supply of quality control diagnostic kits, calibrators and consumables for starting tests to materially ensure the examination of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) from whole blood collected in an anti-coagulant medium (K3 EDTA) by the capillary photometry method. Furthermore, the free loan and installation of two automatic analyzers for the determination of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) from whole blood by the capillary photometry method and the provision of its possible modernization during the performance of the public order. Operator briefing will be carried out by a person authorized to do so according to § 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices. Part of the subject of performance is the provision of free service services for, in the scope according to Annex No. 1 of the purchase agreement List of goods with unit prices Annex No. 2 of the purchase agreement Loan agreemente.
