- The subject of this public contract is the complete implementation of construction works to the extent specified in the project documentation for the execution of the construction (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Documentation") and the list of works, which contains an itemized overview of all anticipated construction works, supplies and related services.
It is a construction modification of the existing premises on the 1st above-ground floor of building No. 21 in the Lochotin area of the FN Plzeň, the aim of which is to create facilities for a children's group with a capacity of 2 x 12 children (i.e. 24 children in total).
This public contract is not divided into parts in the sense of § 35 ZZVZ.
Brief description of the subject of the public contract
The subject of the public contract is the construction of interior spaces on the 1st above-ground floor of the building No. 21 in the Lochotin area of the Plzeň National Sports Complex. Until now, the premises were used as a hair salon and two dental offices. The purpose of building modifications is change usage space, namely the creation of a new layout structure for a children's group with a capacity of 2 x 12 children, intended for the children of the employees of the Plzeň Medical Center, in accordance with legislative requirements and the needs of the future user.
