• Carrying out painting, varnishing and related works (hereinafter also only "painting works") for the client according to his needs. Type of painting and varnishing works and their scope, see Appendix No. 2 - Item price list of painting and varnishing works_Price offer. The volume of painting work is unevenly distributed over individual months. The largest volume of painting work is carried out during the summer months (June - September) during the total closure of health care facilities. At this time, painting is carried out at the same time on 8 inpatient wards in the Bory and Lochotín FN grounds. The medical departments are also painted during operation, so the Contractor is obliged to adapt to the release of space and follow the instructions of the Customer's manager. Characteristics of the public subject orders: The client requests the following painting and related works as part of the performance of the public contract: - removing and moving furniture; - covering surfaces (surfaces of floors, windows, doors, furniture), including the supply of material for covering (covering furniture and floors with films and textiles painter's foil, pasting windows and doors with cg foil); - scraping of old paintings (removal of unnecessary dowels, staples from walls, scraping of incoherent parts of the old painting, if necessary also over the entire surface, possibly tearing off wallpaper, removing enamel coating); - isolation (for example, isolation of stains or stains on the wall that cannot be painted over by standard, such as blood, disinfection, mold, etc.); - painter's trowels; - plastering of the base, sealing of holes, cracks and unevenness (execution of small repairs...
