Description:
(nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the performance of the public order is a) repeated deliveries of original diagnostics, i.e. reagents, calibrators, control materials, operational chemicals and all consumables ("diagnostics), for the material provision of POCT examinations and b) free borrowing and installation of a total of 13 POCT devices for blood gas analysis and 1 POCT immunochemical analyzer ("analyzers") including accessories and SW with provision of training in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., about medical devicesand in vitro diagnostic medical devices and possible modernization, their full service including safety and technical checks according to the manufacturer's instructions and/or validation and possible modernization, and all this for the entire period of performance of the subject of the public contract and with the possibility of their purchase after the expiration of the period in fullsubject of the public contract.
The subject of the performance of the public contract is a) repeated deliveries of original diagnostics, i.e. reagents, calibrators, control materials, operating chemicals and all consumables ("diagnostics"), for the material provision of POCT examinations and b) free borrowingand installation of a total of 13 POCT devices for blood gas analysis and 1 POCT immunochemical analyzer ("analyzers") including accessories and SW with provision of training in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices and any modernization, their full service including safety and technical checks according to the manufacturer's instructions and/or validation and possible modernization, and all this for the entire period of performance of the subject of the public contract and with the possibility of their purchase after the period of performance of the subject of the public contract.
