Description:
The subject of the public contract is the provision of transport, accommodation, catering and ski pass services for ski training courses abroad, specified in the tender conditions. The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with one tender participant. Terms of performance are defined in the framework agreement. Individual public contracts on the basis of a concluded framework agreement will be awarded by a written invitation to conclude an implementation contract - a contract for the provision of services. The minimum requirements for the subject of a public contract are defined by technical, commercial and other contractual terms and conditions, which are part of the tender documentation annex.
