- Fractional ablative CO2 laser The subject of the public contract is the supply of 1 CO2 laser for the treatment of hypertrophic scars in the rehabilitation of severely burned patients for the Burn Medicine Clinic of the Královské Vinohrady University Hospital. Included in delivery will: • transport, assembly, installation, commissioning, • briefing according to § 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Medical Devices funds"), • warranty service lasting at least 24 months, •handover of documents that relate to the delivered goods (delivery note or handover protocol, operating instructions in the Czech language /paper version and USB/, CE certificate or declaration of conformity according to law No. 22/1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and on the amendment and addition of certain laws, as amended, protocol on briefing according to § 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended. The detailed technical specification is given in Appendix No. 1 of the Tender Documentation (Technical Specification). The device must meet the minimum technical conditions specified by the client in the technical specification.
