- The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract for the conclusion of the Framework Agreement is to provide the services of geotechnical exploration work, which results in the final reports on the survey conducted according to the TP76 by the responsible solver of the task. On the basis of a framework agreement, the contracting authority will assign to the framework agreement participantsIndividual sub -orders for services consisting of preliminary, detailed or additional geotechnical surveys of roads, according to the current needs of the contracting authority.
Participants of the framework agreement will be obliged to ensure comprehensive provision of demanded services, including resources andEquipment needed to provide them with the final reports of survey.The result is the final reports on the survey conducted according to the TP76 by the responsible solver of the task. On the basis of the framework agreement, the contracting authority will award the participants of the framework agreement the individual sub -contracts for services consisting of the preliminary, detailed or additional geotechnical surveysRoad buildings, according to the current needs of the client.
Participants of the Framework Agreement will be obliged to ensure a comprehensive provision of demanded services, including the means and equipment needed to provide them and make the final reports of the surveys.
