We require the following document to be certified:
and a copy of the permit to collect waste according to the law
valid consent of the relevant environmental body to load and remove hazardous waste (must contain proof of waste entry including catalog entries according to the Waste Catalogue)
a copy of the approved Operating Manual by the competent authority living environment
a letter from OR or a concession document for loading hazardous waste and a signed draft contract by a person authorized to act on behalf of the supplier
