Description:
In the case of part 1 of the VZ, the subject of sub -orders awarded on the basis of the framework contract 1 is primarily:
;
(b) conclusion of final contracts within the meaning of Art. I.1 Framework Treaty 1;
(c) filing a proposal for the deposit of service to the Land Register on the basis of a final contract or final contracts;
; Framework contracts 1 to the Land Register before the relevant cadastral office;
(e) To enter the system of CETIN as it is defined in Article I.1 of the Framework Agreement 1, any information on the status or stage of the proceedings on the permission of the deposit of service pursuant to the final contract or the final contracts in the meaning of Article I.1 The Framework Agreement 1 in the Land Register, as well as information on the termination of such proceedings;
(f) Make the documentation of the actual execution within the meaning of Article I.1 of the Framework Agreement 1;
(g) Small construction work, designated by partial contract within the meaning of Article I.1 of the Framework Agreement 1,
in a way and under the conditions set out in the framework contract 1 and the relevant partial contract.
