Framework agreement for the performance of construction supervision and health and safety coordinator for small constructions-2022
The subject of the public contract for the conclusion of a framework agreement, which will be concluded for a duration of 48 months with six participants as part of the procurement procedure, is the provision of services according to this procurement documentation and its annexesoh In the case of fulfillment of the conditions according to § 133, paragraph 2 of the ZZVZ, the contracting authority is entitled to conclude a framework agreement with a smaller number of participants. On the basis of the Framework Agreement, the contracting authority will award to the participants of the Framework Agreement individual sub-contracts for services according to the current needs of the contracting authority, throughout the territory of the Czech Republicof the Republic. On the basis of the framework agreement, the contracting authority will award its participants individual sub-contracts for services consisting in the implementation of construction supervision on road constructions, including the performance of the OSH coordinator, including related technical assistance, according to the current needs of the contracting authority.
