- The subject of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 of the Public Procurement Act, on which, with the only selected supplier, the procedure defined in the Framework Agreement will be concluded by partial contracts for supplies of up to 122 new line, low -floor, two -axle buses Hybrid drive (motor diesel-electrical energy), maximum length of 12.5 m (hereinafter referred to as "bus") to specified places of delivery of the contracting authority. From this quantity, the contracting authority assumes an order of up to 20 pieces of these buses in the ROPID standard for the above.
