- The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for each part of it with one participant in accordance with § 131 ZVZ for the procurement of up to 4 new backhoe loaders according to the specification in Appendix No. 1 of the ZZD (hereafter referred to as "machines").
The contracting authority guarantees procurement in each part VZ 1 pc. Part of the subject of fulfillment is also Mrcarrying out service (warranty) inspections and works specified by machine manufacturers for the duration of the required length of the warranty period incl. related supplies of material and spare parts, as well as all necessary services connected therewith.
