• Description:
• The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement without the renewal of competition between the contracting authority and one supplier, on the basis of which partial public contracts for services consisting in the collection and disposal of sludge from waste treatment plants will be awarded to the selected supplier of the contracting authority and other related services. The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement with a single supplier who fulfills the conditions of the procurement documentation (in particular the qualification conditions and other conditions of participation) and whose offer will be evaluated as the most advantageous in terms of bid evaluation order. Partial public contracts based on the concluded framework agreement will subsequently be awarded by the contracting authority in accordance with the provisions of § 134 of the Act in a procedure without renewal of the competition (with a single participant). The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded on on the basis of the framework agreement, the services will consist of the collection of stabilized, dewatered sludge from municipal wastewater treatment, including the provision of its removal from wastewater treatment plants and its further use or other disposal, in accordance with the partial implementation contracts of the contracting authority implemented according to the current needs and demand of the contracting authority and possibly other related services. The conclusion of the framework agreement does not give the selected supplier with whom the framework agreement was concluded the right to payment of remuneration, this right arises for the supplier only on the basis of the implementation of a partial public contract implemented on the basis of a concluded implementation contract for a partial public contract.
