Framework agreement for dredging works for the years 2023 and 2024
Description of the contract: The subject of the performance is dredging works (survey and repairs) carried out on water parts in the administration of Povodi Ohre, s.p., which also include construction works and possibly supplies that are necessary for fulfillment of the subject of the work. The Framework Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") regulates the conditions for the awarding of individual public contracts and their fulfillment on the basis of recurring installment contracts for work (hereinafter the "Executive Contracts") for the duration of the Agreement. It is a framework agreement without resumption of competition, i.e. that the contracting authority addresses the selected doddirectly to the partial fulfillment of the order. The framework subject of the VZ performance, which is to be entered on the basis of the Agreement, is defined as follows • Diving work performed above the surface - service • Diving work performed below the surface up to 13 m • Diving work performed below the surface 13-40 m • Diving workwork carried out below the surface of more than 40 m • Provision of special diving techniques used below the surface • Other works, services and supplies necessary for the execution of the work
