Description:
The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of the framework agreement pursuant to Section 131 of the Act between the contracting authority and the selected supplier (hereinafter referred to as the "Framework Agreement").
The subject of the framework agreement is to modify the procedure for concluding sub -purchase contracts (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchase Agreement" or individually "Purchase Agreement")
(i) for production andDelivery up to 10 (in words: ten) pcs of low -floor electrical units for 25 kv/50 Hz AC AC and 15 kv/16.7 Hz AC, with maximum operating speeds"Unit"), including all permits, approval, consents and registrations ("registration" in the text of this tender documentation means all registrations that are similar to permission, approval or consent) that are valid on the date of handover of the relevant unit to the contracting authorityand the use of the supplied units and which will enable the contracting authority to properly and without restrictions to operate and use units in the Czech Republic and Austria, including the technical documentation belonging to the relevant units to the extent set out in the framework agreement and in the relevant purchase contract; and/or
(ii) deliveryspare parts and design units of the exchange system ("spare parts of the replacement system")
