Framework agreement for forestry activities for the period of 2023 - 2024 on the lands of NP and PLA Šumava
Description of the contract: The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement according to § 131 et seq. ZZVZ between the contracting authority and several participants for the implementation of forestry activities, especially logging and plantation work. Subject publiclyorders is specified in detail in the technology sheets, which are attached to c. 5 of the procurement documentation. Individual contracts will be awarded on the basis of the framework agreement in a procedure with the renewal of competition between the participants of the framework agreement in accordance with § 132 paragraph 3 of the letter. a) ZZVZ (so-called mini-tenders).
