Framework agreement for geodetic support in the preparation of constructions

Description of the contract: On the basis of this tender procedure, a framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Framework Agreement" or "Agreement") will be concluded for the processing of geodetic documents for property settlement, including business reports, activities in connection with the preparation of documents for the insertion of legal documents into the real estate cadastre or the elimination of discrepancies in the real estate cadastre held by the client; carrying out mapping work and other necessary geodetic surveys (eg search for underground lines), survey of engineering networks in the documentation of administrators, detailed focus of technical objects, construction of measuring networks, including their stabilization (hereinafter "Services"), with 5 participants for a period of 4 Based on the Framework Agreement, the contracting authority will award its participants individual public contracts for services consisting in the provision of services according to the current needs of the contracting authority
