- The subject of the public contract is to negotiate a framework agreement containing the framework contractual conditions for fulfilling individual sub -orders, the subject of which is:
a) to ensure licenses (authorization to exercise intellectual property rights and use) to IBM software products and ensure SW supportIBM products,
b) provision of services associated with the provision of performance specified under (a). (a) above. Services according to this point b) are defined in detail in section 3 of the tender documentation (Annex 1 (II)), according to the requirements of individual members of the Association of Submitters in connection with the acquisition of performance atBased on the framework agreement.
The framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 of the ZZVZ will be concluded with one supplier. Partial contracts will be concluded on the basis of a framework agreement according to the conditions specified in Part 3 of the tender documentation. The contracting authority will be ordered on the basis of a framework agreement, in the manner specified there, alwaysin time and in the range according to your current need.
