• Description:
• The subject of this public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with min. 5 participants in the procurement procedure for the planting and maintenance of urban greenery in the statutory city of Olomouc. The framework agreement will be concluded by 31 December 2027. Awarding partial public contracts for specific location on the basis of the concluded framework agreement will then take place after a previous invitation to the participants of the framework agreement to submit a bid based on the conditions specified in the tendering conditions for the tendering procedure for the framework agreement. The following will be the subject of partial fulfillments activities: planting of trees, post-planting care of planted young trees, care of trees from 6 to 11 years after planting, planting of flower beds and ornamental grasses, care of flower beds and ornamental grasses, including establishment of lawns. Individual public contracts for on the basis of this framework agreement, they will be awarded by the procedure with the renewal of the competition in accordance with § 135 ZZVZ. The customer will invite all participants in the framework agreement in writing to submit a bid via the EVEZA electronic tool. Written invitations to tender shall contain at least: • identification data of the contracting authority • detailed specification of the subject of the contract • place of performance, •required fulfillment date • the deadline for submitting an offer • a binding draft of the implementation contract Written calls will be made continuously according to the current ones needs of the contracting authority, for the entire period of validity of the framework agreement.
