The subject of the framework agreement is to award sub -public contracts for project work for large contracts of construction of four or multi -lane highways and forces. Class I, and tunnel buildings implemented on the basis of contractual conditions for the construction of ground and engineering buildings designed by the customer (REDBOOK) and contractual conditions for the supply of technological equipment and designing-electrical construction and machinery and technological work and building buildings designed by the contractor (Yellow Book).
