Description: The subject of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement for the purposes of providing the services of mediation to secure the contracting authority, namely the facultative securing of the Follow the Fortunes based on the principle of Quoto Share, which is provided by reinsurance or seizures. Services of arranging will be provided on the basis of the rules, respectively. Special procedures agreed in the framework agreement with the fact that individual partial public contracts will be awarded procedures pursuant to the provisions of § 132 para. b) and Section 134 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On Public Procurement, as amended, ie without the restoration of the competition.
