- The subject of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement on the provision of comprehensive services in the field of communication with the public. The framework agreement will be concluded with a single participant for a fixed -term period with expected effect from 1.1. 2026 until 31.12. 2029. The subject of performance includes in addition to basic services (ie. Counseling, creation of press releases and PR text, Press Office, press monitoring, preparation of annual reports, provision of market surveys, and others) as well as management of social networks of the guarantee system, information campaign and crisis communication.
