- The subject of the Public Procurement is the conclusion of a framework agreement with several suppliers for the purchase of guarantees of origin of electricity from renewable sources in accordance with Act No. 165/2012 Coll., on supported energy sources and on the amendment of certain laws and guarantees of origin from nuclear electricity, in the form guarantee of origindu (certificate of Guarantee of Origin within AIB) with production identification, without distinction of technology all tech all AIB and crediting of the ordered volume to the account of the Principal registered with OTE.
