Individual partial performance of deliveries of the subject of performance budou implemented on the basis of an electronic call for tenders according to § 135 ZZVZ- Procedure with renewal of competition between participants in the framework agreement.
The subject of the public contract is a framework agreement for the purchase of plant protection products. This is the conclusion of a framework agreement with suppliers of preparations intended for agriculturesprays in the following groups• group A herbicides, • group B fungicides,• group C insecticides, wetting agents, growth regulators.
