• The subject of the contract is to ensure the service in the management of waste within the meaning of generally binding legal regulations, in particular Act No. 541/2020 Coll., On Waste and Related Regulations, as amended, and carry out takeover activities, manipulation in loading, transporting and removing biologicallyDecorative waste from kitchens and meals Catalog number 20 01 08, biologically degradable waste from kitchens and food plants of plant origin catalog number 20 01 08 01, animal by -products - category material (hereinafter referred to as VŽE - material 3) and removalEdible oil and fat, waste catalog number 20 01 25 (hereinafter referred to as waste), including transport and provision of marked vessels from the catering facility VZ 8129 Libava, usually 1 times a week. Based on a larger amount of waste, the possibility of transporting several times a week, according to the current needs of training troops- The prerequisite for exports during exercise is the interval Monday, Wednesday and Friday - including weekends and public holidays.The calibrated weight of the contracting authority with the accuracy of weighing per 1 kg and then will be loaded into the supplier's transport means. A written record will be made on the handover and takeover of the waste. The waste will be deposited in impermeable closable containers, which will be lent by the Provider for the subject of the service. The containers will beProvider supplied by an exchange system filled with empty and cleaned in the same number. The amount of waste per month is expected on average about 0.15 t of total, all depending on the number of boarders and training troops. During the duration of the contract we expect about 200 collection terms. Assumptionmay not be filled.
